• Create an account in our volunteer portal and complete an application.
• Watch our orientation video.
• Register for a FEMA student ID number and complete 3 training courses and tests:
  • IS-100.C: Introduction to Incident Command System.
  • IS-200.C: Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response.
  • IS-700.B: Introduction to National Incident Management System.
